I believe my phone has been flashed and upgraded a few times. However, when following the above instructions exactly, my problem is the downgrader. The downgrader recognizes the phone and talks to it, but then says "No downgrade is necessary!" This, despite the bootloader being at 08.23 I assume that is the reason why the next step (unlocking) doesn't work. I have SW version R374_G_0E.42.0CR. Any ideas? Thanks.
